1）床框加厚用材，采用 30×60×1.2mm 矩型钢管。大规模焊接机器人集群焊接，整床金属部件全部施以高精度焊接工艺。
2）自有塑料加工设备，床头尾板自控生产；床头尾板流线型，采用纯正 PP材质新料注塑成型（吹塑成型）；床头床尾板两侧带有 ABS 防撞轮固定轴安装在床头床尾板里面。有锁定开关，拆卸方便。
3）床板宽 880mm，床板采用 1.0mm 冷扎钢板，由汽车钣金生产技术一次整体模压成型，带模压凹槽和椭圆形透气孔；背部钢管加固结构，增强抗压；拥有完整的床板模具液压、冲压自主加工设备.
4）表面处理经过多道工序：除经过去油、除锈、磷化等工艺外，还通过电泳技术在金属管材内壁及表面均匀电泳上一层环氧树脂保护膜，再进行静电粉末喷涂，采用双重涂层处理技术；内外防锈，高温烤漆工艺。
5）整床金属表面喷涂粉末采用抗菌粉末。
6）采用知名品牌德沃康电机，高等级静音；护栏带按键，配套同品牌的电箱控制系统；电机有到位保护功能；
7）中控双面脚轮，直径 5 英寸；轮面采用超级聚氨脂材料，静音耐磨；一脚制动刹车，刹车脚踏位于床的左右侧；
8）矩形对称底盘，30×60×1.2mm 方钢管井字型结构。加厚弧形冲压组件，2 条凹槽加强焊接，高强度，结构力强。

1）背部可升降角度：0-75°±5°，腿部可升降角度：0-35°±5°，整床升降至 460-750mm；前后倾斜角度：0-15°±5°
2）有背部、腿部联动功能；

4）背部床板采用高强度支撑卸力结构，有效转移床板的部分承重于床梁，大限度减少电机受力， 有效延长病床使用寿命；

(2) Material:
1) The bed frame is made of thickened materials, using 30×60×1.2mm rectangular steel pipes. The entire bed is welded by a large-scale welding robot cluster, and all metal components are subjected to high-precision welding techniques.
2) We have our own plastic processing equipment, and the head and tail boards are produced automatically and controllably. The head and tail boards are streamlined and are made by injecting pure PP new material (blow molding) into the mold. On both sides of the head and tail boards, there are ABS anti-collision wheel fixing shafts that are installed inside the head and tail boards. There is a locking switch, making disassembly convenient.
3) The width of the bed board is 880mm. The bed board is made of 1.0mm cold-rolled steel plate, which is formed as a whole through one-time mold pressing technology from automotive sheet metal production technology. It has mold-pressed grooves and elliptical ventilation holes. The back part is reinforced with steel tubes to enhance the pressure resistance. It also has complete hydraulic and stamping processing equipment for the bed board mold.
4) The surface treatment undergoes multiple processes: In addition to processes such as degreasing, rust removal, and phosphating, an epoxy resin protective film is evenly electroplated on the inner and outer surfaces of the metal pipes through electrophoretic technology, followed by electrostatic powder spraying, using a dual-coating treatment technology; both internal and external rust prevention, and high-temperature baking paint process.
5) The entire metal surface of the bed is coated with powder, which is antibacterial in nature.
6) Equipped with renowned brand Deucan motors, featuring high-level noise reduction; the guardrail is equipped with buttons, and it is accompanied by the same brand's electrical box control system; the motor has built-in protection functions.
7) Central control double-sided casters, with a diameter of 5 inches; the wheel surface is made of super polyurethane material, which is quiet and wear-resistant; there is a single brake pedal on each side of the bed for braking.
8) Rectangular symmetrical chassis, 30×60×1.2mm square steel pipe grid structure. Thickened arc-shaped stamping component, with 2 slots for enhanced welding, high strength, strong structural force.

6) Luxurious guardrail, made of high-quality plastic material; the material and color are the same as those of the headboard and tailboard; it has a hidden inverted structure, high strength, and does not deform; the guardrail is separate from the bed body and is fixed by a fixing seat, making it convenient for future maintenance; the guardrail does not accumulate dirt; thick aviation aluminum switch;
7) Four blue anti-collision wheels are equipped. During the movement of the bed, these wheels can better protect the bed from being damaged by collisions.
8) The bed body has 4 infusion socket holes with a diameter of 20mm, which are formed from metal material.
9) There are 2 drainage bag hooks on each side of the bed (a total of 4 hooks).
