Traditional Chinese Medicine Robot

1、 Birth of Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment Robots
On August 20th, a prototype of a traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment robot with independent intellectual property rights for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases was assembled at Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
This robot was developed by a research team led by Professor Lu Xiaozuo from the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine Engineering after more than three years of research and development. It is reported that the robot program mainly uses a large number of TCM cases collected in advance as the data basis, through the on-site detection of human tongue, pulse, blood oxygen saturation and other objective indicators, combined with the data of patients' own pain symptoms, to identify the patient's physique and condition, and provide relevant preventive measures and traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations medication reference. This medical robot product will provide services to citizens in relevant medical institutions by the end of the year.
2、 Finland develops a rapid heart rate detector
A Finnish company has developed a rapid heart rate detector specifically designed for emergency personnel, which is expected to be effective in major accidents and disaster sites.
According to Finnish media reports, the product consists of a heart rate sensor with two electrocardiogram electrodes and a light-emitting diode indicator, which are connected by a 35 centimeter long wire.
During operation, medical staff attach the heart rate sensor to the patient's chest and the LED indicator to the patient's cheek. After pasting, the heart rate sensor immediately sends a signal to the LED indicator. If the heart rate is within the normal range, the indicator light emits green light every time the heart beats, and if the heart rate is too high or too low, the indicator light emits red light.
This new type of heart rate detector will significantly improve the work efficiency of medical staff. In addition, due to the clear visibility of the LED indicator light, it will also improve the safety of detection and avoid misdiagnosis.
