天津医药医疗器械工业园坐落于天津市北辰区双口和青光两镇交界处，以津保高速公路为界，分为南北两大片区，规划用地面积8.79平方公里,起步区面积3.33平方公里。

天津医药医疗器械工业园形成以“医药制药”、“医药制药设备和医疗器械制造”、“医药科研中试成果转化”三大版块为核心，集研发、制造、销售、医疗护理康复为一体的北方重要的医药医疗器械研发制造基地。重点发展医药制药、制药设备和医疗器械的研发制造。
良好的产业发展基础
园区北部部分用地是市政府批准设定的17个市级开发区之一，河北工业大学科技园也坐落于双口工业园内，2006年被科技部、教育部认定为大学科技园。天津中新药业基地位于规划区南部，规划利用1400亩土地建设现代医药、医疗器械产业基地。以此为核心，带动园区医药、医疗器械产业群的整体发展。目前北辰区范围内医药医疗生产规模企业11家，销售收入20.8亿元。目前规划区内与医药、医疗器械相关企业还包括：天津九州通达医药有限公司、星愿兰德（天津）有限公司、天津敬一堂医药销售有限公司等等。中国制造业500强企业之一的天士力制药股份有限公司也坐落在北辰区，已建立了以复方丹参滴丸生产经营为核心的产业化体系，并成为药物科研基地，园区可以依托天士力公司，大力发展医药制剂产业，逐步带动区内其他医药企业的快速发展。
Tianjin Medical Equipment Industrial Park is located at the junction of Shuangkou and Qingguang towns in Beichen District, Tianjin. It is divided into two major areas, north and south, with the Jinbao Expressway as the boundary. The planned land area is 8.79 square kilometers, and the starting area is 3.33 square kilometers.
Clear product positioning
Tianjin Medical Equipment Industrial Park has formed an important research and manufacturing base for medical equipment in the north, with three main sections: "Pharmaceutical and Pharmaceutical", "Manufacturing of Pharmaceutical and Pharmaceutical Equipment and Medical Devices", and "Transformation of Medical Research Pilot Results". It integrates research and development, manufacturing, sales, and medical nursing rehabilitation. Focus on developing the research and manufacturing of pharmaceuticals, pharmaceutical equipment, and medical devices.
A solid foundation for industrial development
The northern part of the park is one of the 17 municipal level development zones approved by the municipal government. The Hebei University of Technology Science and Technology Park is also located in the Shuangkou Industrial Park and was recognized as a university science and technology park by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Education in 2006. The Tianjin Zhongxin Pharmaceutical base is located in the southern part of the planning area, with a planned use of 1400 acres of land to build a modern pharmaceutical and medical device industry base. With this as the core, drive the overall development of the pharmaceutical and medical device industry cluster in the park. At present, there are 11 pharmaceutical and medical production scale enterprises within Beichen District, with a sales revenue of 2.08 billion yuan. At present, enterprises related to pharmaceuticals and medical devices in the planning area include Tianjin Jiuzhou Tongda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Xingyuan Rand (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., Tianjin Jingyitang Pharmaceutical Sales Co., Ltd., and so on. Tianshi Li Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., one of the top 500 manufacturing enterprises in China, is also located in Beichen District. It has established an industrialization system centered on the production and operation of compound Danshen dripping pills and has become a drug research base. The park can rely on Tianshi Li to vigorously develop the pharmaceutical industry and gradually drive the rapid development of other pharmaceutical enterprises in the area.
