科技进步推动外科手术发展Technological progress drives surgery

贲门癌是一种常见的恶性肿瘤。在我国,贲门癌的死亡率和发病率在各类恶性肿瘤中位居前列。近年来,贲门癌的发病率呈明显上升趋势,其发病率在过去的30年间增加了近6倍。但是,日常生活中,人们对贲门癌的了解却知之甚少。日前,天津市肿瘤医院食管肿瘤科副主任医师姜宏景做客人民网天津视窗,就贲门癌的检查、治疗、微创手术等方面进行了介绍。
微创手术是指利用腹腔镜、胸腔镜等现代医疗器械及相关设备进行的手术。姜宏景说,微创手术作为一种新型的手术方式,诞生至今只有二、三十年的时间。
姜宏景介绍,微创手术有创口小、疼痛轻、恢复快、住院时间短、出血少等优点。传统的手术方式需要切出一个很大的开口,以便把患处暴露出来,从而切除肿瘤。而采用微创手术,医生只需要在病人的身上开一个细孔,将设备伸进患处,就可以进行手术。
姜宏景表示,随着科技的发展,微创外科也在不断地进步,各种高科技医疗器械是医生进行高精度微创手术的“利器”,精湛的医术搭配各类医疗器械能够让手术效果更加理想。
谈及微创手术的发展历程,姜宏景做了个形象的比喻:“从传统手术发展到微创手术的过程,就像是用手吃饭的孩子学习用筷子吃饭的过程。学习利用长器械进行手术肯定需要一个过程,但是,微创手术的优势很明显,我相信,它的前景很宽广。”

Minimally invasive surgery refers to surgery performed using modern medical equipment and related devices such as laparoscopy and thoracoscopy. Jiang Hongjing said that minimally invasive surgery, as a new type of surgical method, has only been around for 20-30 years.
Jiang Hongjing introduced that minimally invasive surgery has the advantages of small incision, light pain, fast recovery, short hospitalization time, and less bleeding. The traditional surgical method requires a large incision to expose the affected area and remove the tumor. By using minimally invasive surgery, doctors only need to open a small hole in the patient's body and insert the device into the affected area to perform the surgery.
Jiang Hongjing stated that with the development of technology, minimally invasive surgery is also constantly advancing. Various high-tech medical equipment is the "weapon" for doctors to perform high-precision minimally invasive surgery. Exquisite medical skills combined with various medical equipment can make the surgical effect more ideal.
When it comes to the development process of minimally invasive surgery, Jiang Hongjing made a vivid analogy: "The process of developing from traditional surgery to minimally invasive surgery is like the process of a child who eats with their hands learning to use chopsticks. Learning to use long instruments for surgery definitely requires a process, but the advantages of minimally invasive surgery are obvious. I believe its prospects are very broad
